The Water Delivery Industry Gets a Brain
Cut Delivery Costs. Increase Consumption. Reduce Churn. Zero Effort
IntelliJug brings real-time endpoint intelligence to the ~$8B global 3-5 gallon Home & Office Delivery (HOD) water market - projected to exceed $10B by 2032 - that still operates with zero visibility into actual consumption at the customer site. For decades, HOD water companies have been flying blind: Too many deliveries. Too many stops. Too much waste. At the same time, customers struggle with heavy 20 kg jugs, creating daily friction, health risks, and ultimately, churn. IntelliJug solves both. One autonomous system that transforms water delivery economics while requiring zero effort from the customer.

The Solution
Autonomous IoT-Enabled Endpoint System
The IntelliJug storage unit is designed to operate the water supply directly at the customer endpoint, using sensors, smart water-flow management, and an internal control “brain” that coordinates the entire system.
The system monitors the status and water level of each jug, manages the flow between multiple jugs, and automatically switches from an empty jug to a full one to ensure continuous water delivery to the dispenser, with no customer intervention.
At the same time, real consumption data is transmitted to the cloud, giving the water company valuable visibility into what is actually happening at each customer location.
A Network of Intelligent Endpoints
Each IntelliJug unit becomes an intelligent endpoint within the distribution network.
As deployments scale, consumption data from multiple locations is aggregated in the cloud and processed by the system’s intelligence to generate operational insights.
All endpoints are unified into a clear, structured control layer at the water company level.
Each customer location has its own dedicated dashboard, providing full visibility and enabling smarter, data-driven decision-making.
Accessibility
By storing and managing the water jugs within the system, IntelliJug eliminates the need for customers to lift or handle heavy jugs, significantly improving accessibility and everyday usability.
